why do people say good carbs are bad? ive lost more weight eating them in moderation than having none?
like cous cous for e.g if you have the proper 80g serving which is quite enough anyway its only 18g carb, mix with a bit of chicken, very fulfilling low fat, fairly low carb meal. but why do poeple even say cous cous is bad? and pasta, in moderate amounts is fine.
ive lost more weight and been a lot better in mood and general fitness since beginning to include these. i tried atkins but i was juts constantly moody and depressed which is not worth it, sure i lost weight but im losing even more, and healthily having all my meals based on carbs.
