Help Lowering cholesteral?

Whatsup guys. I am in the process of changing my diet. Over a year ago i had a blood test done and my good cholesterol was low and the bad cholesterol was high. I tried to change my diet at that time but It was hard. Now i am feeling very wierd. I started getting a pain on the back of my head and went to go see the Doctor. She said it could be due to the high cholesterol or stress, maybe even a tumor. Now this pain is not like a regular headache and i’ve had it for about 3-4 days not. It is not something terribly painful but its enough to notice its there.

On weekdays I work from 5 or 6am till about 3pm. I am on the computer about 10+ hours a day. I get about 6 hours of sleep a night and I am always on the go. After I get off work I am too tired to work out. I am planning on going to school the next semester also which means my evenings will be full. On Sundays I do real estate and sometimes work on saturdays.
I am pretty sure the reason for the headache is that my cholesterol is really high, because I eat alot of fastfood during my lunch at work. That will have to stop, but I need ideas on some food I can eat that will be healthy . What do you guys recommend? I started off the mourning by eating oatmean with 2 toasted wheat breads. Then I ate a banana and an apple. What will be a good dinner?

I was wondering if there were any health experts here? If you could leave your email for me please. Or if you do not feel comfortable doing that you can just leave a helpful tip maybe?

I am trying to completely clense my whole system. For the next to weeks I want to be in complete detox process. Meaning…. starting the morning off with hot lemon juice…. honey.. etc.. I am a teenage female and I recently just finished my school sport season, and I want to stay in shape and lose about 15 pounds. Can someone help please? I dont eat any red meat (pork, steak, hamburger, hot dog, etc…) Also, I have IBS, so my GI doctor told me to eat low carb, so I nead LOW CARB meal plans. I want healthy food choices too. I am a very healthy person and I would like to keep it that way. I would like it between 1500-1600 calories a day. Can anyone offer a daily schedule of meals? Just one days worth would be great.
