Like meals, snacks, drinks, etc.
I’m already physically active so I got that part down. But are there some certain excercises that I should be doing?

You should only do “certain” exercises if you have a certain fitness goal or are trying to accommodate an injury or disability.

As for meals, snacks, drinks, etc., I’m sorry, but this should be rather obvious to you. If you don’t know that fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts/seeds, and whole grains are low-cholesterol and how to cook with those without drowning them in butter and lard, you need to talk to your doctor and request to see a nutritionist.
